Aims and Objectives
The MCB believes that educational excellence is critical to the success of our nation. Education is also a key vehicle for building societal cohesion and harmony through greater understanding and recognition of pupils' backgrounds, faith, values and culture.
Aims & objectives:
- To represent the interests of the British Muslim Community and to campaign on their behalf on educational issues.
- To respond to Government Papers and Consultations on Education.
- To promote greater and effective participation from the Muslim community at all levels of the education system.
- To advise on issues affecting Muslim pupils/students.
