Employment Regulation: Reducing Bureaucracy in the Workplace |

The Context
The Red Tape Challenge is the Government’s primary vehicle for facilitating public discussion about which of the UK’s 21,000+ regulations should be amended or scrapped. Many of the regulations up for review directly impact upon the workplace. With several Whitehall departments responding with complimentary reviews, plans and consultations of their own, what is the Government doing to simplify employment regulation and reduce bureaucracy in the workplace?

The Government’s Approach to Reducing Bureaucracy in the Workplace
Reforming Employment Law
