The consultation on Welfare of Animals at the Time of Killing will see the final implementation of EEC Council Regulation (EC) 1099/2009 into UK law. Consultation Paper: Welfare of Animals at the Time of Killing - A Consultation Respond to this consultation in the following ways: 1. Complete the survey on-line at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RFPCFS7 2. Email your response to: animalwelfareconsultations@defra.gsi.gov.uk 3.
