The Muslim Council of Britain has issued a strong condemnation of the bombing in Bali which has caused a huge loss of life and destruction.

Iqbal Sacranie, Secretary General of the MCB said " We express our sorrow and condolences to the families of all the victims, particularly our fellow British citizens."

We urge the Indonesian government to investigate the crime and punish all those responsible for plotting and carrying out this atrocious and evil act. They should also make sure that no internal or external criminal element is able to exploit the present tension in the world for their own nefarious objectives.
