"Nobody is listening to the youth". "Nobody represents Muslim youth". These were the forcefully expressed sentiments conveyed by young persons attending a national conference organised by the MCB in Manchester Town Hall on Saturday 4th August. The issues highlighted included policing tactics and racism, lack of political representation and unsatisfactory funding inititiatives. ( press release) |
