Dear Sir,
Anthony Browne (Spectator, 20 Nov 2004) last week allowed his long-established blinkered approach to Islam to get the better of him when he claimed that the Dutch politican Pim Fortuyn was 'murdered two years ago for offences against Islam.'

Fortuyn was in fact killed by an animal rights activist.
