I wanted to find a public forum to say this, but maybe you'll know best where to put it:

I don't know about anybody else, but my wife and I are definitely ashamed and embarrassed to be British right now.
Intended to make some long and wise comment, but can't think of anything, other than that I dunno where the media think Blair is getting his support from, because we don't know *anybody* in favour of starting a war with Iraqlike this.
In fact we were in America at a sci fi convention last month and only met two people out of 700 who were in favour of Bush's brand of lunacy. So much for democracy.
I feel quite sickened right now- I'm going to go to bed and listen to music rather than stay up for the news of Bush's speech. I hope you can put these words somewhere - including where ordinary Iraqis or their relatives can see it.
Thanks

The war against you people is going to start soon, iraq will be destroyed and with luck so will the muslim world, thank god for the USA AND THE UK.
The people of white britain will also rise up and save their land from you and your monkey houses, such as the one being built in morden ( greater london) the uk is not your land and we will win.
God bless BRITAIN AND GOD BLESS THE USA....

Dear Sirs,
I am both shocked and outraged at the \'war\' position Tony Blair has forced the UK into with the USA. Tony Blair should be removed from Office forthwith, his Cabinet, fellow MP\'s and majority of the UK do NOT want war with Iraq under the terms as set out by Blair and Bush at the weekend Azores meeting.
I believe it is against International Laws and that Tony Blair is bringing the UK into serious International disrepute.
I am a non Muslim English citizen, I don\'t want this war... \"Not in my name\" !!

I trust that Peace can be found within Iraq .. and that all International tensions and terrorism may stop.

Assalama lykum,

brothers and sisters, i would like to say that the respose by the MCB was a credit to the organisation. It was very interesting reading, and should send a message out to those who assume all muslim are terroists. It was not only full of counter arguements, it also turned the talbe back on the writer of the original articcle. and can only help convey the message of peace that we stand for. I would like to thank the MCB and ISB for expressing the views of
May allah reward you for your good work.
Shahadat Hussain.

I just wanted to say that I too feel ashamed, angry and disgusted at the behaviour of the government. Like some of the people who have e-mailed you recently, I don't support this illegal and immoral war, and I don't know anyone else who does either. I will carry on trying to express my opposition to it in public, but I just feel sick and in despair about it.
This is the first time I've used this website, and I was shocked at the abuse you have received via e-mail. This also makes me ashamed of peoples ignorance and hatred in this country.
I don't know what else to say; just that my thoughts are with the Iraqi people
