As a Muslim what on earth would you know about democracy as your beliefs are plainly undemocratic?
You are sadly jumping on a Western bandwagon which itself is pretty hypocritical coming from an organisation which seems to be such a firm advocate for spurning most forms of Western culture including democratic principles.

As a nation, we are effectively at war with the current government of Iraq. At this stage, all people of good will should hope for a swift and relatively bloodless victory for the USA-led coalition. I would beg the Muslim Council to avoid doing or saying anything that could construed as giving succour and comfort to the enemy. There will be plenty of time to voice opposition once the war is over and the troops are back home (God willing) safe and sound.

Dear Muslims, We in England, a non muslim Country, are fully aware that you are sheltering enemy factions amongst your population who are bent on murder and terrorism in England. Therefore as a sign of good faith from you we Pedigree English insist you cooperate with the Police and hand over these criminals when you discover them. When this happens only then will we accept you over here. Failing to do this will result in destruction of your Society as we in England are in a War situation now and cannot allow Muslim and Arab Sympathisers to go about freely in our Country with the very real threat of Terrorism emanating from Muslim and ethnic ranks. As you will no doubt agree.

It might be advisable to ask all muslims in the UK to leave and return to a muslim oriented country. In this manner, the safety and security of all UK non-muslim persons will be improved

To the Muslim Council of Britain
I am writing to you to express my support, as a Christian and an individual citizen, for the Muslim community in Britain at this time. Although there is nothing I can do to stop this war, I feel that I have to write to you to express my abhorrence of the war and the actions of the British Government. It is my firm belief that the majority of the British people of whatever faith do NOT want this terrible war, but see it as politically and morally wrong, and legally questionable.
I believe, and everyone I know agrees, that this war is George W. Bush's war, aided and abetted by Tony Blair who is determined to do whatever the US wants. It is a war founded in western arrogance, hypocrisy and imperialism, and, like many many people in the UK, I want nothing to do with it. Rather, I am appalled at the lies, distortion, dishonesty and hypocrisy from the British and American Governments. They have no right to tell other countries what they can and can't do; they have no right to dictate who should and should not have weapons that they themselves have in abundance; the American government has the largest arsenal of chemical, biological and nuclear weapons in the world yet feels that it has the right to invade any country that it thinks may have similar weapons. The fact is that the Americans and British have no right whatsoever to do what they are doing.
This war will simply kill, injure or otherwise harm thousands, maybe millions of innocent Iraqis, and will fuel hatred and division. I sincerely hope that it will be over quickly, but in the meantime please know that the majority of non-Muslims in this country are against this war - it is not being fought in the name of the British people, but purely in the names of Bush and Blair.
