Me too! Not only was it racist and inflammatory but also historically as far as middle eastern influence on art, literature, mathematics, science, astronomy, etc. etc. etc., completely inaccurate too.

I wanted to write as a non Muslim to you expressing my support for the attempts to see Mr. Kilroy-Silk censured and have his programme removed from the BBC. I have written letters to Sunday Express and to the Director General of the BBC. A number of my Christian, agnostic and Buddhist friends have done like wise.
I include copies of my emails for your interest.

I concur with many folk who have expressed annoyance at some of the things Kilroy has written in his newspaper article. They are extremely disrespectful and only embolden those folk who are simply ignorant of other cultures and ways of life.
But I ask the muslim council what are they doing to highlight the hatred, violence and disinformation that people like Sheikh Abu Hamza al-Masri incite. To do nothing would be viewed as cowardly.
