i see your "muslim brothers" have "slaughtered" another innocent man in their usual sub human way. these "soldiers of god" do not deserve the air they breath.
all your prayers and pleadings came to nothing with them. does this not prove how useless and innefective you are and that prayer never works as their isn't anybody or anything listening.
i, and, i think a silent majority of people in this country feel that the muslim religion is one of the greatest threats to this country and world peace as it's followers seem to be capable of horrific acts of savagery in the name of allah.
i am an athiest, i do not have or need a religion and the more i see of religion and all it's manifestations the firmer i am in my athiesm.
religion was invented by man for man (to the exclusion and detriment of women) and has been turned into an evil that knows no bounds.
i fear that there is a time coming when the muslims in britain will be demanding a greater say in the running of the country and will (because of political correctness)
get their way. when this happens i fear it will be the end of what has been a great nation because when the muslims get a hold it will go downhill just like all the muslim run countries,
i can only hope that the normal non muslim people of this country resist vehemently this change and put a stop to the muslimification of the uk.
you will no doubt dimiss the above as the rantings of some kind of racist/islamophobic nut. you would be wrong.
i have never written anything like this before to an organisation like yours. i do not belong to the BNP i vote labour usually but not next time perhaps as the tories are making more promising noises on immigration.
i feel driven to this as i am sick and tired of seeing and hearing the words ISLAMIC and MUSLIM linked with terrorist
i want you all to GO AWAY and take your evil religion with you!!

We read that Muslims are 'shocked' at the murder of Ken Bigley.
The truth is otherwise - gloating will assuredly be a more widespread emotion from those who adhere to the most vicious and evil creed the world has ever known. Just as rejoicing was the overwhelming Muslim reaction to the Twin Towers outrage so it will be for the latest act of despicable inhumanity.
Already, Muslim 'leaders' are trying to shift the blame to Tony Blair from the sub-human scum who truly bear the blame.
Islam is at the heart of almost every act of terrorist murder in the world today and it is nothing to do with Palestine, Iraq or any other cause save their 'jihad' against the world. Iraq is just the latest excuse for the foot soldiers of jihad who would be killing and maiming innocent people without any cause other than their following of the Koran which requires Muslims to treat 'infidels' as worthless. They need no excuses - they are following their religion.
We are told that the Muslim Council of Great Britain sent representatives to Baghdad to help secure Bigley's release but, again the truth is otherwise - they went to carry out a damage-limitation excercise, knowing that the British public is angry with the way Muslims are taking the benefits of Western civilisation while at the same time supporting jihad against the West and knowing full well that, if Bigley was not released unharmed, that anger would reach boiling point.
We are constantly told that 'ordinary' Muslims do not support terrorist violence but, again, the truth is otherwise - even the most despicable and merciless groups such as Ken Bigley's murderers command substantial and widespread support throughout the Muslim world including amongst Muslims here in Britain. We were told recently by Muslim leaders in Britain that the American hostages seized with Bigley and murdered earlier 'should not have been in Iraq'. The fact that they were civilian contractors carrying out work on public projects that could have no conceivable benefit to anyone except the ordinary Iraqi people appears less important to Muslims than the fact that they were Westerners and therefore legitimate targets for murder.
It is not many years since a Fatwa was issued against Salman Rushdie for the insupportable 'crime' of criticising Islam and British Muslims clamoured to be the one to carry out the sentence of death against him. So, let me ask the 'moderates' of Islam this question - if you are so opposed to the evil terrorists behind Ken Bigley's murder why do you not issue a Fatwa aginst them?
The time is fast approaching when British Muslims are going to have to decide whether they want to be a part of the democratic society they have freely chosen to live in or whether they truly want to return to a medieval society which has created nothing new or worthwhile for 800 years. They cannot do both and, if they choose the latter they should depart for an Islamic country where they can 'enjoy' their religion. Because, the truth is, as the Muslim religious leaders are fully aware, that Islam and Western civilisation are fundamentally incompatible - you cannot be a true Muslim, following the 'teachings' of the Koran and take a full part in secular society.
The solution is in Muslims' own hands - migrate to Islamic states, give them the benefit of your skills and education, create your Islamic paradise amongst your fellow believers. Like millions of people here in Britain I will say 'good riddance' to the lot of you.

| Just a quick note to let you know that a very non-political englishman really appreciated your efforts in going out to Iraq to try and save Ken Bigley. I'm sure a lot of us thought the same thing and I've never written to any organisation like yours but I was struck by your generosity and moved to write to you. Keep up your invaluable work.

Also, that we know that people who follow the Muslim faith are kind, caring people and that we, white Christians, extend our love to all Muslims around the world.

I was heartened by the MCB’s attempts to influence the captors of Ken Bigley, and am sickened by his terrible end.
The MCB has been vociferous in its opposition to such terrorist atrocities, but is it not time to take an even stronger, and even more public stance? You have a beautiful religion, yet it is being hijacked by monsters. Could the MCB not start a nationwide campaign to reclaim Islam from these so-called Islamic Fundamentalists? And perhaps link with other Muslim councils across the world to generate a worldwide campaign?
The term ‘Islamic fundamentalists’ implies to many people that they are doing what they do in the name of all Muslims – so it’s not surprising that some concur that all Muslims must support these terrible actions The fact that the Al Quaeda terrorists actively attack mosques in order to further tribal differences between Muslim factions indicates that they have no true love of Islam.
If Muslims worldwide publicly condemn these terrorists, and if Muslim religious leaders declare that the terrorists are to be cast out of the Muslim faith, it may do much to help change the public perception of Islam, and may even stop some Muslims from being persuaded to join these terrorist gangs. These animals rely on Muslims feeling persecuted or alienated from the rest of civilisation, and then endeavour to ‘turn’ those Muslims into terrorists themselves. If the rest of the world and the true Islam faith are publicly united against such activities, you will cut off the lifeblood of the terrorists.
We need a Million Muslim March in as many countries as possible to publicly condemn these people and to raise public support for the reclamation of Islam for what it is – a peaceful, tolerant religion with high moral standards that can co-exist with the other religions of the world.
If this doesn’t happen, my fear is that one day we will see vigilante gangs of so-called Christians, Hindus, Jews etc, perpetrating equally terrible acts against Muslims. I know that there is oppression of Muslims in some parts of the world, and I can understand the Arab sensibilities against what they feel is an invasion of Iraq and other areas (I opposed the War, by the way), but I truly fear the consequences of the current ‘Islamic fundamentalist’ activity spurring thugs ‘representing’ other religions unless the Muslim world takes the lead and ‘excommunicates’ these terrorists.

Dear members of the MCB,
I write to express my gratitude, as a Christian, for your efforts to secure
the release of Ken Bigley. Even though they were in vain, they were not for
nothing as you have showed the world that Islam is a faith of peace & respect for
life.
If nothing else good comes out of this horrific event at least I hope that
others will realise that the true face of Islam is not to be found in the
insanity of the murderous groups defiling the name of God, but in the faces of the
ordinary Muslims as represented by the MCB, who spoke out, & more, to save the
life of another man.
I hope that the MCB will raise its profile in non-Muslim British society so
that we can dispell all of the ignorant beliefs that are so easily reinforced
by events such as Ken Bigleys murder.
