I would like to ask if you had seen a copy of the Birmingham Sunday Mercury. With all that has happened since the 11th September you should really read this paper and say do we really need this to be said about our inner communities in Britain. You are going to hang yourselves here if you keep letting the British public see things like this. were are your true faiths I will ask you myself simple question. You have a Muslim born and bred in Britain educated in Britain we go to war say like thing are now and we call up for reserves like America have who does the born and bred Muslim fight for :?

As a white non religious person here in the uk I just wanted to express my sorrow at the vile treatment so many of you now are experiencing due to last weeks events. The people doing these things are simply racists who now feel they have a legitimate reason for their actions, they dont seem to posess the basic human knowledge that whilst in every race and religion there are peolple who twist things to their own advantage, there are so many more who want to live in a peaceful world. Please remenber there are people in this country like myself who see you for what you are, regular decent people getting on with life. I wish you peace and happiness.

If you and your members are not happy with your rights and conditions in the UK I would suggest that you go to a Muslim country, perhaps Pakistan or Alfghanistan.

I live and work in Japan but am a British National from the Birmingham Area. I am a christian, but wanted to offer my support to the Muslim community of the UK. Since the atrocities in America, I understand that in certain areas muslim people have been harrassed. I think this is very wrong.

I have a limited knowledge of Islam, but understand its core concepts. I think the people who did this should not call themselves Muslim, from my understanding of the teachings of Allah.

I am interested in what you think, does the association with these people cause you some discomfort? What I mean is do the majority of Muslim people feel anger at being associated with the terrorist Osama Bin Laden?

Also, I wonder what the Muslim people of the UK think ought to be done about these terrorist organisations, considering the frail relations between such countries as Pakistan and the USA.

Im sorry if my email causes any offence, my reasons for writing? I dont know any Muslim people to discuss this with.

I pray for the dead and for a peaceful solution to the whole affair

Please listen my friends my brothers and sisters . I am not a Muslim. But I am your sister for there is only one God and no matter by which that you call God in any faith right across this world we are as one. I like you mourn this terrible loss and I also realise the terrible loss the Muslim world has ahd to endure over the years. People do things they believe at that moment in time for what they believe to be right it is only when they look back in hindsight do they realise they are wrong , and they will not admit it to themselves or others. We need a world of peace a world of universal understanding no matter the creed the religion the race or whatever. It is the like of you and I who need to be the freedom figthers of this world without the bloodshed. My thoughts go out to all who have suffered no matter where they are or who they are for we are but in a great spiritual evolution the coming together of mankind. Do you think Alllah would say I can not embrace this man or this woman because they are not a Muslim, do you think the God the Jews worship or the catholics or thhe buddishists would say the same. Wake up brothers and sisters we all come from the same source we can not hurt another but we hurt ourselves. I truly hope with all my heart that that this sacrifice in America will bring about a new an kinder gentler understanding right away across this world of ours where we can all grow live in peace but that is a long way off. My thoughts are with you my love and light shine to you do and care in love compassion in all you know to be true in the understanding of the love our God has for all . I am Angela Joy.
