I cannot believe the media, and the way they have
been promoting mass hysteria. Yes, it was a major attack, but they went
overboard, and the innocent Muslims all over are paying the price... being
spit upon on the streets, and generally mistreated. They did not deserve
this and the media is to blame. Frankly, I Really think the Islamic
community in the UK/US should sue a couple of newspapers (even the BBC
etc) over this and the way they reported it. I think it’s the duty of MCB
to really really try it’s best to stop the media associating Islam with
Terror. Building lots of support and taking legal action against is the
1st step. I’m really positive if Muslims all get together and be committed
then a lot can be done in the way Islam is been presented in the Media.
There’s no doubt it will be very hard, but it’s achievable.
I hope you take this matter seriously.

I try to be very open minded at a time like this - but what I see and hear does not give me much sympathy for any muslims. I believe you are a violent set of people. I also find the muslims are the most racist group of people I ever have met. I am mixed race (half black/half white). You move into a community open up your corner shops. The community spends money in your shop, but do you put back in to the community, NO!! You only care about your own kind. You always cry that you are being oppress. Why dont y'all go back to you country and try and build it up to be a productive country. Instead of moaning about Britian. If you are so unhappy here go back.
I am american and what was done in NY was downright hateful, spineless and barbaric. Innocent people just trying to make a honest living. Yes I do wish they bomb the hell out of Afgan and any other middle eastern country that they need to. Y'all deserve to suffer.

I am an American, but I have a dear friend who is from the
Sudan. He has been living in the UK for 6 years. He has been training to
be a pilot. It is his life's dream. He has his private pilots license and
has been logging flight time in order to obtain his commercial airline
license.
Because he is Muslim he has been told he, for the time being
can no longer fly, under any circumstances. He also has a brother who is a
commercial pilot for a major British airline company. His brother has
worked for this company for over 10 years without a single problem. His
brother was interrogated by his company then asked to go on holiday for an
indefinite period. He is afraid he will lose his job a job he loves.
My friends are not terrorist! They are honest, gentle,
hardworking people! As an American I am outraged that such racism and
tyranny could be inflicted upon these gentle people for the sake of what
has happened here in America. My friends are as innocent as those who have so
tragically perished here.
I feel helpless. If I have them contact your organization,
can you help them? Please respond soon. They are so very depressed by all
of this.
Thank you

I was totally shocked that Britain, as a supposidly tolerant country, harbours individuals who would treat women and children with such contempt. The Muslims I know are honorable people who are as outraged as I am about the loss of innocent people in N.Y. Please do not think all of us are like these sad individuals - I am a Catholic who tries to follow the teachings of my faith to love and respect people no matter whar their beliefs.
My prayers are for peace and love between ALL races, creeds or religions.
Let us hop this can be achieved soon and that war will pass us by.
