Internship – Welcoming Refugees Project

The Welcoming Refugees project aims to shape the mosques of Britain to be at the frontline of addressing and tackling issues faced by refugees resettling in Britain. This will be achieved by producing and disseminating a powerful toolkit to inspire and provide a working framework for mosques in Britain to become a central point of contact and support for refugees in Britain on a local, regional and national level. The Welcoming Refugees Intern will develop the content of the toolkit as well as plan and execute a national roadshow to support the launch programme. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in gaining experience, skills and contacts within the UK charity and mosque sectors.
